To his benefit, he does help me out during the week and on weekends, even though he has a paying job and I'm a SAHM ~ this isn't an *everyday* thing, but it does happen more than I'd like! I'm a morning person, and get the kids up and ready, then wake him up (2+ hours after me), and he's a night owl, often playing computer games well into the wee hours. . . I tell him he should stop that and try to get up more with me. That way our schedules would be more similar and we'd be awake/asleep more at the same times. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with him being on the computer at night (I'm asleep ~ and a very sound sleeper, so it doesn't bother me!) It's just that I don't nap during the day (he says I should try, but the kids don't anymore, either), so come bedtime, I'm ready for sleep!!! WHEW! That's some additional info!

I have never had this happen but if I did I think I would talk to him about it. Maybe you can take turns napping and watching the kids. That sure isn't fair of him to do that and maybe he isn't thinking about it the way you are. I would talk to him about it and let him know how you feel.

I've never had that happen because I'm with someone who helps me with my son and with the housework. We split all responsiblities. We feel we are in a partnership with EVERYTHING. So I would let your guy know that this isn't acceptable. That you need help with the kids and that he shouldn't expect sex if he doesn't even have enough time for attention for you and your kids.

Oh my god...You need to sit him down and have serious talk with him. There is absolutely no way I could tolerate anything like that.
