Back away from the mirror crotchpastry... this doesn't need to get physical. There's too much to loo... Wait just a tick. Scratch that first thought. Umm so yeeah. Just go ahead and start punching yourself with something sharp. 'She'll' get the picture.

this is tough once you will desire to take heed to you acquaintances spend their lives complaining approximately their weight at the same time as their stuffing their faces. i've got actual stopped being acquaintances with somebody for this very reason. there's no longer something you may tell her. there's no way even she believes it would not count huge style. All you're able to do is lead by employing occasion. no count in case you are attempting to shed some pounds or no longer, only start up making comments like that snack is only too severe in energy or i won't have the ability to in high quality condition that in the time of my energy for the day. All you're able to do particularly.

Send her a anonymous email telling her how you feel. If this cant be done from your job then do it from home. Or leave a anonymous letter on her desk or whatever. But nine time out of ten it wont do anygood . People hardley ever change and she is probably already aware that she is all of the things that you say she is.

I don't think there's a polite way! lol and she wouldn't get it anyway, she'd think you were joking. I'm thinking people like that think they're being 'selective' and 'elegant', and that they deserve all the attention they demand. Best thing I can think of is to ignore her totally until she comes down to earth! The nice thing is, people like that frequently find they're not so great/loved/cherished/needed, afterall, and it's fun to watch them get that message!

If she didn't ask you in the first place, then there is no polite way to tell her.
