The best way to 'overcome' it is to accept responsibility for your own economic well being.
Look at the high-school graduation rats as broken down by race and consider how much better off most minorities would be if they emphasized hard work and education.
Orientals are a minority - but still manage to make more money because they work hard and get educations.

how the hell do you figure there is any white privileges in America today where it is common knowledge the white man is on the bottom of the totem pole , who has the privilege of making a score of 50 and a white must get a 70 for the same grade, who has lower scores for college exams? who has priority gov,loans?
who can pay $450 down on a $150.000 home and get subsidized payments? if it is in a white area,who has job preferences? who has advancement preferences? who gets welfare preferences? on and on so don't play coy and poor mouth these people , every one knows the answer to these questions including you, now give me one instance where whites are given preferential treatment?
