If you have Microsoft Windows you can right click in a blank area on your desktop and select "Properties" from the popup menu (located at bottom of list). Then from the Display Properties that shows up choose the "Settings" tab and then slide the "Screen resolution" slider to the right. The "normal" setting is 800 x 600 pixels but you can set the resolution higher if your monitor can accept the settings. For a 17" or larger monitor 1024 x 768 works well and should give you the screen setting you want. You can set the resolution higher if you wish but make sure your monitor can handle the setting before using it.

you have cleaned up your VGA driver too.
after installing your VGA driver,( and a reboot )
and by clicking on desktop > properties > settings
change screen resolution to a higher size.

If you're talking about web pages go to veiw and click text size then adjust.

either reinstall your video driver or set your video settings
