If you're on birth control, you can skip the placebo pills and just keep going, but it's not good to do this more than once in a while.
If you're not, then no, there's nothing you can do. Just try and stay relaxed and unstressed, because I know stress can trigger mine a little earlier than expected.

A very common practice nowadays is to use the birth control pill to control periods. There is no added health risk from taking two birth control pill packs back to back. As long as your physician feels it is safe for you to take hormonal contraception, you can use this method of continuous birth control to delay periods for critical times like exams, vacations, etc.

well If you want to get rid of your period an easy way to do that is get the deprovera shot it is birth control and it makes you not have a period for like three months to a year so I always do that it works GOOD LUCK

If you are taking the pill orally just keep taking it, i.e start another packet and just stop after your exams. Go and see you well woman's clinic and explain to them how much you suffer and how important your exams are to you and ask them for their professional advice.
