We're moving from Norwalk, CT. to St. Clair, MI. and I'm looking for a place that will essentially move my second car from CT to MI (we're driving one car). We have a moving service that is going to move our belongings, however I still need to get our second car there. Any suggestions?

I used a company called Dependable Auto Shippers. They did a good job- you might check them out.

the moving company should be able to move your car, too. I've had it done when I was relocating.

Why not take a few days and drive both cars? You're only talking a 12 hr drive straight through. 2 days is all you'll need, plus cell phones or hand held two-way radios.

You're ON the internet...look up auto shippers. They'll send you a quote.

If you want it shipped covered and quickly, use FEDEX. I had my Vette shipped from Maryland to Arizona for a little over $2200. Uncovered, and at the mercy of an exposed trailer driver would have cost me half that amount. But I love my car...

The moving service should also be able to haul you second car. I did when I moved, I just rented a car hauler and pulled it behind the truck i rented. If not ask the moving company they should have resources to help.

check out what service people on ebay are using. they seem to be the most used and cheapest if everyone is doing business with them.
