I've applied and been approved for auto financing, But my problem is that I need to have proof of income. I do have a job but I don't have any of my pay stubs so what could I use instead?

I am surprised that the dealer can't figure this one out.

As mentioned, you can go to your employer and request a statement of income. A lot of companies are now using a source called "www.theworknumber.com" where our bank can directly access this information.

call your work and have them fax a ytd (year to date) income. If you do not get an itemized paycheck 4-6 concurent hand written check stubs and a letter from your employer on company letter head should work - contact your dealer to see what wood work for the bank they are using - pleasant motoring

Go to your HR and ask them if they can supply something for you.

FYI, you really should keep your paystubs for the whole year, just in case you're questioned or there's some discrepancy and for tax reasons.
