Yes, it did. I was very lucky to be in a town where I had a reputation...so I didn't have to wait very long for another job, but it was scarey while it lasted. I am currently in a situation where I have tried to quit, and the boss won't let me...she just keeps sending work. Sorry, didn't mean to rub it in on you, it's nearly as frustrating as not having a job! Keep looking, something will turn up. I'm assuming you tried Monster, and the local Unemployment office? The one here has a job club and job fairs at least once a month. The networking helps...and the guys there have a vested interest in helping you get a job!

I am unemployed at this time, but I am housewife so I can always find something to keep me busy such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, washing dishes, and etc. Maybe you should learn all these things. Put you need to get out there and let people know that you are looking for a job, and you will find one.

Yes it did...but you can read...you can go out with friends...enjoy this moment until you don't have a job...cuz after that you won't have time to think about how to spend the time.
Time is precious...so enjoy the moment...and don't think what if...and remember good things happen while u are least expected...who knows :)

I've been in that situation dozens of times, but my CV won't tell you, as I spent most of my days altering my CV to the point where a multinational has just hired me on the spot. Suckers..

Oh yes...get out of the house and find another job. Or go back to school. Find something you are passionate about and do it the very best you can. Keep your chin up...
