The control panel will have wiring and instructions with it, all common detectors use six core cable, 2 or 4 core for magnetic contacts. use any colours you want, just keep them the same throughout the system.

all alarm companies use different colour codes , and its highly unlikely that you will find a site showing schematics It would kind of defeat the purpose if lay people got their hands on such details

i think if you go on any manufacturers website there will be scematics.intruder alarm wiring is fairly basic conventional,e.o.l and I.D. shouldn,t cause a problem
