1 in 3 people in the us have some sort of mental illness. rather it is diagnosed or not.

You callin' me crazy? I'm not paranoid. The FBI is out to get me. Or maybe the mafia. Or, wait, I know, it's because I'm really the Queen of England, and Charles wants to kill me because I won't retire. That's what it is.
Seriously, yes, mental illness is an increasing problem everywhere, stress is to blame for a lot of it, a lot is blamed on 9/11 (my husband was in a care facility that fall, and they said their business doubled in September and October that year). Whatever it is, coping is becoming more and more difficult for many people.

There are a lot but I think it's just a society of pill poppers not wanting to deal with life as is and everyone takes pills for a cure. It's crazy. Some really have problems. Some want excuses to do nothing.

I think that alot of people are jut looking for an excuse for their problems... if they are in a bad mood they must be depressed, if they have mood swings they must be bi polar. They world of pharmaceuticals likes to make you think that all of your problems can be solved with a pill. That is how they make their money.

Well people are stressed...that doesn't mean that they are crazy...but the now day living is pretty stressful, don't you think?
