Your crawfish may well be the culprit. They are notorious for eating anything fish that they can catch. Ghost shrimp, too, will eat what they can catch (including fish fry), but they are much smaller so pose no threat to large fish.

Are you sure it is chewed on and not finrot or something? If their fins / tails look frayed, it may be finrot or fungus due to overcrowding the tank.

Everyone else in the tank should be peaceful, so the only culprit would be the crawfish if he's big enough, or the possible secondary effects of overcrowding, although your tank isn't THAT full, so if you're keeping up with weekly water changes I think it is more likely that your crawfish is snacking at night.

The ghost shrimp cannot possibly be eating your fish.

mollies like to nip fins, but this will rarely cause a fish to die. A very hungry pleco will sometimes go for a weak fish, but with their mouth, anything they can catch will usually still be attached to their mouth hours later. Besides, plecos generally go for dead fish first.

I don't know anything about "cave fish," but I do know that crawfish will eat anything they can get their claws on, and will seriously injure many things before they get their claws on anything.

Never herd of anyone keeping a crawfish as a pet? The wild ones are MEAN! They eat anything they can get there claws on. They are very fast swimmers. They will even eat on each other. Having one in a aquarium with others might not be the best thing....

Probably your crawfish. I rasied them for years, still own the Crawfish Shack in Pearl City and they can get agressive. I mean, they are bascially little lobsters. I raised them for food. Crawfish is the best food. It's good in chilli, good in gumbo, good on pizza, good with rice, crawfish is good with everything.

The crawfish

the crawfish is almost certainly the culprit. They will kill any fish they can get their claws on, or nip at them if they cannot get ahold of them.
