The Democrats have begun it seems their havoc, forcing the resignation of a truly outstanding Statesman with "Street Smarts" and international savy and an articulate representative of true American Values not the San Francisco "Nancy Pelosi" variety ... and now, he is gone !

I have followed this man's career as our Ambassador and the Liberal Left should be ashamed:

Ambassador Bolton led the successful negotiations that resulted in unanimous Security Council resolutions regarding North Korea's military and nuclear activities.

He built consensus among our allies on the need for Iran to suspend the enrichment and reprocessing of uranium.
His efforts to promote the cause of peace in Darfur
resulted in a peacekeeping commitment by the United Nations.

He made the case for United Nations reform because he cares about the institution, and wants it to become more credible and effective and the Lieberal Democrats? They oust him.

Is this is a foretaste of thier agenda ..?

The things you reel off must have happened in another universe. Wake up, smell the coffee, there is NO motion on Iran or Korea.

Our allies say US Ambassador John Bolton has a mean streak. He prefers to push across his agenda on the UN than to compromise and listen to other point of views. Belligerent? Some say. And to put the blame on Bolton not being appointed to the same position next year on Liberals is misleading. When Congress was controlled by the Republicans this summer, Bush knew Bolton wouldn't get enough support from the moderate Republicans so Bush appointed Bolton to the position without any voting knowing that his appointment would expire and hoping Bolton would be voted in evenutally. One has to remember, the UN is a global organization. A US ambassador has to work with our allies, not dictate to them.

“There is no United Nations. There is an international community that occasionally can be led by the only real power left in the world, and that’s the United States, when it suits our interests, and when we can get others to go along. I think it would be a real mistake to count on the U.N. as if it’s some disembodied entity out there that can function.”

-John Bolton.

He sure sounds like he cares about the UN, doesn't he?

Check the link - he's an idiot and no one else in the international community likes him or wants to work with him

Good post pal.
The Dems hate anyone who is standing up for what is right.

Expect a hate filled confirmation of the next choice for UN Amb.

Seeing how I saw a bill board a few days after the election with the words "Surrender is an Option" I fear for the future of America.

Yup, you got it. Nailed it perfectly. People who voted for a democratic congress are media pull-toys / meat puppets, and now we're going to all suffer because of it.
