Hi, I believe my mouse has the flu. When I picked her up earlier and was playing in my hands, she seemed to sneeze. I also notices she sleeps a bit more than usual. Does she have the flu? And if so, how can I cure it?

i highly doubt your mouse has flu, but there may be a few problems to sort out. sneezing is normaly caused by dirty cages, the first thing to do would be to change the cage for something cleaner. but if this doesnt work then i suspect that your mouse may have a minor cold. make sure there is no mucus around the eye because that may mean that your mouse is seriously ill, if so take to vet immediatly. the sleeping also is a symptom of a cold. i advise that you take your mouse to the nearest vet and they should give the little guy some treatment. good luck!

Either your mouse has the mouse flu (yes its real) or it ate something that is disagreeing with it. You need to visit a vet unfortunately. Hopefully its not the mouse flu - it can combine with the bird flu to make something that is like a plague to humans.
