Yes, drinking lots of water does make your skin look better. First of all, water is a natural detoxifier. Drinking water will eventually hydrate your skin and might even give you a glow. However, there are many factors that go into having good skin-care and drinking water isn't the only one. You should really stop drinking the caffein too because it only causes the epidermis (skin) to become more toxified. Especially if you are drinking acidic drinks and carbonated drinks. Slow down on the natural fruit juices too cause they are major sources for acid. Which is the worst.....

Yes, it's very good for your appearance. Drinking water helps flush out toxins and keeps your body and skin hydrated. However, it's also important to take care of your skin externally by exfoliating and applying moisturizer while skin is still damp.
On the other hand, drinking sugary or alcoholic drinks can have adverse effects on your skin- making it look sallow or causing break outs. I'd definitely recommend drinking water!

I have read on sites for improved health that we need to drink plenty of water to help keep our skin hydrated so it won't look as wrinkled and to keep our systems flushed out.
Over six years ago I had a condition which I healed by means of greatly improving my immuine system. One of the side effects of the improved immune reaction was tighter skin. I had areas on my body where visible signs of loss of elastivcty appeared. They were on the hands and spots on the legs that appeared as celluite. Within three months I saw a turn around in the skin. All of my skin has regained it's elasticity. It was with a product I used to help my system.
In general you need to stay active, have a good diet and use supplements only for the more important functions. It is difficult to determine what we really need. I like to go with neural and brain chemistry functions, liver and immune system. Keep drinking water, filter preferred. We need to keep our any unwanted elements that could interfere with the program. It tatses better.

Yes it does. I used to think it was a myth until I actually started drinking eight glasses of water a day. It makes your skin look really clear and glowing. Hope that helped!

Drinking water can definitely help because it helps flush out your system. However, genetics is a strong factor as well. What does your parents' skin look like? Another strong factor is intestinal health. A clean colon will do WONDERS for your skin. I suggest a fruit and vegetable diet where you don't consume anything else like meat and carbs for 5 to 7 days. If it's organic, even better. I also highly recommend having a series of colonics. Once you get past what's being done, it's smooth sailing.

Yes it does. Your body is 69% water and true health cannot occur without proper hydration of the body...that includes your skin. My skin is clear, except for the occasional "period pimple". I also take a hair, nail and skin vitamin which has improved it even more. You also need to have a good regimen to clean, exfoliate, moisturize your skin daily.

Absolutely!
I also recommend a liquid fast (juices and green drinks) for at least 3 days every month...does wonders!
People comment on my skin when I do that.
