I'm sure she knows deep down that her daughter's no angel.
But you just can't tell her how bad she really is.
First off, she won't believe you. It doesn't matter if you have video tape of her w/ 90 different men in the same night. She'll make excuses for her daughter.
Second, she'll resent you for telling her. Because deep down, she will know that you're telling her the truth, but she will be more consumed with hating you for telling her. That way, she won't have to face the truth about her child.
And sometimes it's fun to have a secret. Like when she brags on what a sweet, nice girl her daughter is, you can just sit back and grin, knowing that you know the truth.

Get her and a bunch of other coworkers together and ask them "Whose daughter here is NOT the town whore?" When she starts to raise her hand, say "Not so fast (her name)"

Oh wow, that's funny. But it's not really your place to tell her. Well, actually, I see where your coming from. If I were her mom, I'd probably want to know. Oh this is a tough question! Well, there's really no way to politely tell her. Maybe just mention that you've heard some interesting rumors about her daughter and that she might want to have a talk with her.

Why do you feel the need to tell her? What purpose would it serve? Is it going to stop her from being a whore? Is it just going to make your co-worker feel bad? Are you part of the problem by spreading the gossip?

To be honest with you, I would just stay out of it. I think that you telling her would definetely make it very uncomfortable for you at the job. You don't know what kind of reaction she may have. I am sure she is bound to find out some other way. Please don't be the victim in this case.

I think if you affect and English accent and begin with "Pardon me", the bit of info will be received in the spirit which it was intended.
Be sure to stick with "town whore" also. It softens the blow.
