Who is with her two baby boys while she is out partying with Paris and Co. till all hours of the night and morning?? This must not be the best of things to do considering she is requesting full custody of her children.

As long as she has professional child care (which she does), she will not be hurting herself partying unless caught drunken driving, passed out on drugs... things like that.

Britney had several people help her out with her kids.She has a full time nanny for them.Her family helps her out.Paris Hilton has even helped out.I don't agree with her partying but I do think she will get both the boys.Considering K Fed has not spent any alone time with them.Only when Britney is there.Like when Britney threw a birthday party for one of the boys he went.But spent no alone time with them.It is kind of hard to get custody of them when don't spend alone time with them.Britney had even put a lock down on partying.No telling how long that will last.Good luck Britney.
