I had a rash on my face a couple of years ago and couldn't use toothpaste. Instead, I had to brush my teeth with baking soda and it really did whiten my teeth over time. But you should never scrub your teeth with anything because you could damage the enamel, which in turn would discolor teeth.

i really dont think so hun, considering that the dentist uses a form of bleach and a laser to do it. A good clean in the dentist will do wonders and whitening toothpaste will work a little, as will the take home whitening kits. My advice?? go to the dentist and get him to do it.

Try the whitening strips, its a two week treatment, u have to use them twice daily for half an hour each time, it can be a hassle but in the end it'll work. they should cost u something like $30. It works.

i have used the strips, but my teeth were so sensitive i couldn't eat fr days....so i used the crest brush on stuff, you brush it on before bed, and let it stay over night, i promise you by morning my teeth were at least three shades witer, and they are pretty white alrady...and no sensitivity....
