I guess the nation needs more mud to sling and the prince is in the front line! How many of you really know your dad is your dad? only a mother really knows, let it be, we need peace in this world, if we can't have peace at Christmas then God help us all!!

I honestly don't believe that James Hewitt could be Prince Harry's father. Prince Harry looks an awful lot like his uncle, Charles, the 9th Earl Spencer.

Given the circumstances of the past events between Princess Diana and Prince Charles, I would find it highly unlikely that there hasn't been a DNA test to find out who Prince Harry's biological father is....and it would be fairly obvious that this event, and the results, would never be made public knowledge.

Personally, even though he has a shock of red hair I think that he is Charles' son. One of my cousins has carrot red hair...she is the only one in the family with it so it can happen in any family.

Does it really matter? He has already lost his mother and if it's ever proven that James Hewitt IS his father (I'm not saying that he is), then he will also lose the only father he's ever known (Prince Charles) as well. Just let it go.

No way! Not even possible. Just because Prince Harry has red like James does not make him his dad. The red hair comes from Diana's side of the family. Her brother and one of her sisters had red hair when they were younger. Diana, herself, had reddish hair when she was young.

I don't think so, she'd already had Harry before she got on with James Hewitt, or else she had the longest pregnancy in history.

Only James Hewitt.
I really don't think he is. The only real resemblance is the colouring & her brother's colouring is similar so it really could just be a throwback to his Spencer roots.
Poor lad has enough to cope with without having James Hewitt as his father. God Forbid.

I do think it's likely, but no, it doesn't matter EXCEPT if Prince William dies and Harry becomes the heir to the throne - won't be of the right "blood line". I don't care anyway - I think the Royals are useless and just cost a lot. And before anyone screams that they "bring lots of tourists" - well, people come to Britian for lots of other things, not just to see the royals, and other countries without royalty get plenty of tourists. They are pointless and undemocratic.

No. Diana admitted to the affair and it started after Harry was born. The idiot wrote a tell all book about his affair with Diana. Don't you think he would have mentioned that he knocked her up in order to make more money on his pathetic book if he had done so?

NO, NO, and NO! He is Charles' son plan and simple. There has been distant and past relatives of the family with red hair, red hair is common in Celtic/British Isles inhabitants, and/or it's a recessive gene. There are three possibility here that can show Harry is his son.
