you need to stay away from any products that have a mineral oil or petrolatum base also known as white oil. This actually strips the natural oils out of your lips and skin but unfortunately is included in most chapsticks, glosses, lotions, etc.
Try Sheer Shine from Arbonne in Bare. It's my favorite and it actually improves the condition of my lips so that now even when I'm not wearing it, my lips still feel healthy and moisturized.

I stand by Burt's Bee Wax products, they have aw some products., something for just about any problem. Their lip balm is great and it helps with chapped or just plain dry lips. And yes, Vaseline is also good. So, at least you can try either or both. And be careful about your lipsticks., some will dry out your lips. So., I hope you find a solution soon. Thanks and God Bless.

stay away from vaseline and other white based lip-ices and chapsticks etc. they all contain parrafin which will dry your lips out even more. try using a cream from dacleor. i know they are expensive but they work. i had the same problem. just normal face cream. then when you go out of the house put some sunblock on your lips, the sun is also a source for drying out lips.

Apply a Chapstick which is good and cheap for dry lips.
While u r in home apply some oil or butter to it to prevent from dryness. Surely u will get a solution from dry lips

dehydration maybe, try drinking more water.
also, central heating might be drying too place a bowl of water by the radiator.
vaseline is the best for chapped lips i find... all the other (more expensive) brands dont seem to be as effective.

try vaseline because it works really well...normally if it has been like that for quite a while then it's also a symptom for dehydration so you might want to increase your water consumption.also lip gloss does not do anything for dry lips..it just hides the dryness temporarily..hope that helps!bye!

Winter is tough on us. We experience dryer weather and more dehydration. Normally in summer we have high humidiity and tend to consistently take in a large amount of fluids. In winter our thirst is diminished but the need for fluids is still a necessity.
External appications of chap stick will help reduce the loss of moisture in that area. For continued improvement and relief be sure to increase your water intake to moistureize from the inside out.

well i think if you'll just need to leave them alone for a while and let them heal natually
if i have dry lips i would just put vaseline and leave them alone to heal properly
It might be just the cold so all the things you are using on them is drying them out even more

Vaseline does work wonders, but it also leaves your lips feeling very greasy.... i like the lip balms that u can get in Lush shops.... there are different types depending on what u like. if u are interested, have a look on their website.

I have the best stuff that I've been using for YEARS. It is the only thing that moisturizes my lips and protects them. It's call aquaphor, and you can get it in most pharmacies. It's totally inexpensive, but will fix your lips. I PROMISE. Check out the link below to purchase some.
