i want to get some alloy wheels on my car and it is a citroen saxo desire 2003 model but they always ask if it is a 3 or 4 stud, adn i dont know how to find this out and it is not in my car manual either

I would have thought they are simply referring to the number of bolts on the wheel. Take off the hubcap and have a look.

its a 4 stud only phase 1 have the 3 stud and they stoped in 1999 so yours is a phase 2 because its a 2003

It's the num,ber of wheelnuts holding each wheel in place. Earlier low-spec cars had 3-stud designs, whereas later cars, probably incliding yours, all seem to use 4-stud wheels.

Take off the wheel trim and count the bolts.

Try looking at one of the wheels on the car and count the amount of nuts it's held on with!!!!!!!!
