I really need to learn how to whistle real loud to be heard at work. I have no idea where to start. Any help?

take your middle finger and make it touch your thumb so it creates a circle. push your tongue so your "folding" it in half and blow!! (make sure your finger and thumb are on top of your folded tongue. good luck.

you roll your tongue inside with your fingers and then you blow.As simple as that.
