We had a similar problem lately and had someone come check it out. The maintenance man found that the "seal" had been broken. Check the rubbery strip that goes around your freezer to seal in the cold. I would call someone either way, but at least this may help you get some idea of the problem. :o)

Is your fridge really cold? It may be that you have a blockage in the pipes and it's not letting cold air circulate to your freezer and keeping all the cold air in the fridge.

I had this problem about a week ago.

I suggest you completly defrost your freezer then plug it back in. If some water has frozen in pipes or something it will cause ur freezer not to become cold. Let it defrost in that time and it should clear up.

Also the sensor may be on the fritz.... try the first... and consult a pro about the latter...

If you have seperate controls for your frig temp and freezer temp, it may be as simple as someone bumped the control and changed the setting. Check that first. If you frig part is ok and the setting for the freezer is ok, then it might be the seal as someone else suggested. If none of these are right, then I suggest that you call an HONEST repair man.

If none of these things work, pour it in a glass drink and enjoy. lol

Good luck
