If you shower before, you won't stink during it.
If you shower after, you won't stink later.
Hmmm....I guess that's more for females, though. Guys, I don't guess it really matters.

all of the above are acceptable. In the shower is quite fun, but can be awkward in small spaces.

Before because you might want to have oral sex, and who wants some smelling balls and booty. After because you want to wash away any body secretions to protect yourself from the other persons bacteria, and also most sexual secretions smell very bad after they have been exposed to the air.

Before...don't want the days sweat & stank interferring. Hell a quick jump in the hot tub cleans everything up real fast!!
