White bumps? Could be venerial warts? Do a search for STD's and look through them till you find one that looks like his. I would suggest you stop having sex with him until he goes to a doctor and finds out what it is.

I had a friend who freaked out because he had spots. He went to the doctor and they were ingrown hairs. I suggest going to the doctor and both of you get tested for STD though, better safe than sorry. Also, its a good way to clean the slaight before you get married. Remember women who have tested postive for HPV have higher chances of Ovarian cancer.

It most likely sounds like he is just irritaded from shaving if that is the case. If not it sounds as tho it is just chaped from the dry air change. Its safe to just vist the doctor if applying lotion for 3days before bed does not help.

tell him to go see a urologist and if you will have sex with him let him use protection until you found out what it is.
