You need to get to a GYN. It could be a yeast infection, bacterial infection, STD.

first and foremost u and your husband need to see a doctor....u with the itching and burning, and him with the white patches and dry skin on his penis....go see a doctor ......how cheap are both of you? and please stay away from yahoo answers...until u get checked out because that thing is very contagious, ewwwwwwwww

sounds like an STD, probably the Clap, go to the Health Dept and they will take care of you and its free....

it could be a yeast infection and u irritated it or it could be an std i dunno if u r married or sleep around a lot so those r my two guesses. i would go see a doctor quick before it gets worse.
