After watching last night's game I was really upset....absolutely sickening that Shanahan would go to the rookie. Someone needs to step in and demand that Plummer be put back in because you've essentially "given up" on a nice season that really had potential if you leave Cutler in there. I'm sorry but this is the truth. Why play for the future when the future is "right now." People that aren't Denver fans couldn't care less - but for us die hard Bronco fans this is a really tough time. I hope other people share my thoughts on this one. Come on coach....do the right thing and bring Jake back!

I'm not a broncos fan but I must weigh in on this. I've been one of Jake Plummers harshest critics...I mean lets be serious...the guy sucks...but I have to disagree with Mike Shanahan on this move. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Plummer hasnt been playin well but they were 7-4 and in the thick of the playoff hunt. Does he really think putting a rookie under center is going to help them get into the playoffs and actually get out of the 2nd round? I mean look at last nights game, Cutler wasn't extremely bad but he looked like a rookie, unless you're Ben Roethlisberger, that's a bad thing. My prediction: Broncos go 9-7 and just miss playoffs.

Cutler.

They will not go back to Plummer. Painful or not, Jay is going to take all the reps, and hopefully build for next year.

Denver has way to many injuries on defense. Even if they somehow make it to the playoffs, it is unlikely they can win on the road.

Cutler will have rookie mistakes. He should progress week to week as he adapts to the speed of the game.

I think they should leave Plummer in the rest of this year and let Cutler start the new season off next year

Either or, just wait till draft and start fresh. You may need to trade up to get an earlier draft pick, but there are several excellent quarterbacks coming out this year.
