If it's her voice then why wouldn't she appear in the commercial too? Seems a bit odd. Definitely her voice so I'm sure it's her and not a lookalike.

Definitely her, it's not as though M&S can't afford her is it, especially as they flash out for Twiggy and all those other top models.
