We'll see once the BCS bowl games are played. With Florida playing OSU and LSU playing Notre Dame, we'll see whether these non-SEC teams are victorious.
The SEC teams' out of conference schedules are weak, but the argument has long been that this is because their conference schedules are so tough.
Long story short, the SEC teams now have a chance to prove themselves against some of the top teams outside the SEC.

Yes and No.
As far as perennial rankings, yes, I think the SEC is the best in the country. The competition is stiff year after year and there are strong teams from top to bottom relative to other leagues.
I think the SEC is overrated a bit this year though. From what I've seen, the teams generally have strong defenses, but the offenses aren't as potent as some other leagues.
(P.S. I don't think you can base the answer to this question on polls, because there's a chance that the reason that so many SEC teams show up in the polls is because of a bias toward the SEC. Not that I think that's the case - I just don't think you can base your argument on the fact that they have more teams in the polls.)

Just look at the rankings and the number of teams participating in bowl games. The SEC also leads the nation in attendance per game. Also of note, the SEC is down a bit this year with Georgia and Bama having an off-year. Without question the SEC has the toughest conference.

I think so, of course, I am partial to my LSU TIGERS! But seriously, I think it is the best because on any given day any team in the SEC can beat each other, and alot if not most SEC teams play other conferences during the year and are proving themselves by winning.
For the past 5 years there have been numerous SEC teams in the top 10. There are alot of talented teams in the conference.

Yes they always have atleast 5 to 8 teams in the top 25 all year and they are known for there great recruiting and team play. Thats why Florida is going to the National Title instead of Michigan because Florida is in a better confrence and played a way harder schedule.

The Caps are very nearly a effective wager assuming they go back a lot of their similar lineup. Their offensive firepower might want to proceed to be quite consistent plus having Huet in internet for the finished season might want to lead them to the dept winner actual. Tampa might want to also be contained in the blend in the experience that they upload some goaltending contained in the offseason to bypass alongside with the addition of Stamkos or whoever they opt for to draft.
