About when it should happen... I'm sorry if this is gross. I had a tinted discharge more very light tan... and it smelled like blood.

Do you think that this could be implantation bleeding?

It was 8 days after ovulation... so about day 22 or 23 of my cycle.
I've been pregnant b/f and had a m/c but it would have been very easy to disreguard what I had. The smell was what really brought it to my attention.

TOTALLY CONTRARY to what the previous poster said, you do NOT see your mucous plug until it dislodges close to labor (or during labor) and even with that, a lot of women don't even see it. That isn't even formed until you are pregnant!!!!!

Implantation happens 5-10 days after conception and some women do experience some spotting, but not all. I never did with both pregnancies, but some do. I don't know about the smell. I mean, I would think blood would smell like blood no matter if it is spotting or a full-blown out period! :)

You very well could be pregnant. Unfortunately, nobody here can tell you if this is what you are experiencing. It sucks, but you just have to wait it out another 10 days (give or take) and do that HPT! :)

GOOD LUCK!!!! :)

the mucus plugs are usually light in blood color and might be very viscous cause of the mucus. so depending. some people have it and dont notice it, some people only have a couple of drops, some have the mucus plug come out, some might not even get it. just depeneding...just wait a couple of weeks more and just take a preg test.
