Sounds like you're experiencing the stretching of the round ligaments. It can feel like sharp, stabbing pains, or muscle pains or cramps. If you're not bleeding, I would guess that's what it is.
Give your Dr. a call and see what they say. I went thru the same thing, my Dr. brought me in and did an exam to make sure it wasn't anything else, but told me that it's normal.

is the cramping constant?if it is then i would call the doc just to be on the safe side.i know that i still get cramps and im 30 weeks preg.my doc said as long as they go away after a while theres nothin to worry about.it could be just from the weight of the baby.call your doc anyway just to make sure!!you pay them for there services and them answering your questions is part of their job.however in the mean time dont worry to much!that doesnt do you or the baby any good!goodluck

they say that cramping without blood its not bad. but i would call the doctor.
last time i also had a cramp at night. in the morning i called the doctor.
i think, only the doctor can put your mind at rest!

the cramping may be your uterus enlarging a bit,at seven weeks your baby has become a bit bigger! however let your doctor know about them!

try not to worry this is perfectly normal your stomach muscles are starting to stretch to accomadate your growing baby.
if you experience any bleeding with your cramps then please go to see a doctor.
other wise its fine hun.
