you should be the first one at practice and the last one to leave practice.. you owed it to yourself and teammates

That game is over nothing you can do now just work harder and be ready for your next game. I play basketball to and my team lost by 2 and I turn the ball over alot and had quite a few missed shots its a bad feeling inside but than the next game I scored 25 points.

Try to put it behind you. I know its tough. Just don't let it get you down because you will have better days....otherwise..a pessimistic attitude will lead to more bad games. Just be confident in yourself to take care of the ball and get your shot working. By practicing, you will gain the confidence you had. A bad game happens to everyone, I played intramural in college shot 0 for 7 and felt awful...I rebounded a bit the next game.

I wouldn't advise you to player harder...because..when I do I force the issue and turn the ball over..just let the game come to you and play within the game.

dont let it affect you! just use that to fuel yourself to work harder! Everyone is going to have a bad day or bad game. I have been all the way through school playing basketball and baseball, even in college. i have been there too, but i didnt let it get me down! keep your head up
