The best time to conceive is within 14 days from the FIRST day of your wife's bleed. A few tips that personally worked are;
1, If you can stand it, have sex the day she is finishing off, so she will be quite light, but still a bit messy.
2, If she is feeling hot (temperature, not the other one!) she will most likely be ovulating at that moment.
3, I cannot stress this one enough, LEGS IN THE AIR! Missionary with a twist is the best, gravity is key, the sperm MUST get as deep in as possible, have her lying down, you kneeling above her while inside her and rest her legs straight up your chest with her ankles at your neck, a cushion at her butt is comfortable.
4, If she cant do handstands against the wall, keep her propped up in that area, for at least 20 minutes.

I followed this advice and within 8 days, fell pregnant.

Sorry if i was graphic, but it is the only way i know, to be blunt!

Good Luck ( :

A woman's fertile time can be observed several ways:

1) The presence of slippery, clear/opaque cervical mucus, similar to egg-whites

2) A drop in the basal body temperature followed by a rise sustained for at least 3 days (BBT is something that is taken at approximately the same time every morning before getting out of bed and recorded either on charting software or paper)

3) A positive result with an ovulation predictor kit. These are not like pregnancy tests where "a line is a line". For an ovulation predictor kit to be considered positive, the result line must be as dark as or darker than the control line of the test.

I highly recommend the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. In addition, visit the site for the software that's associated with her book. The site is www.ovusoft.com and is free. There are hundreds of forums and lots of helpful members.

In a 28 day cycle, then 14 days from the FIRST day of her last period. Start trying 2-3 days before. Also, what many people do wrong, we did, is having sex every day. Try every other day. The male body needs about 36-48 hours to recharge their viable sperm.
If her cycle isn't regular, she might need to go on a low dose pill for a couple months to get regulated before trying again.
We have had to use both methods, sometimes together, and they've worked for us twice! Good luck to you and your wife!

After her cycle is probably the best time, most fertile then. Was she on the pill or birth control before you decided to conceive? If she was it could take a while to get it out of her system and get her body back to normal. Give yourself atleast a year. Good luck!!!!

The ovulation takes position between 10th and fifteenth day from the onset of her era. Have sex each option days on lately. After sex allow she lie down for 0.5-hour on her decrease back. keep a pillow lower than her buttock to stay away from semen flowing out. attempt this for 3 months and if no longer conceived, bypass for a medical verify up both one among you.

If her cycle is regular (it shouldn't be so regular I mean 2 or days delay or earlier is ok) he may count ten days then the 10th 11th 13th 14th are the ovulation days
Good Luck

usually 14 days after her period is when she would ovulate. But if she has crazy cycles then try charting temps and checking cervical mucus.

tell her to check out this site www.justmommies.com and she can learn lots about TTC

need more info.. how long is her cycle? is it regular? then i can answer you :)

edited to add, its not 14 days from the FIRST day of her cycle. its 14 days before the first day of the NEXT cycle. thats your fertile day.. if she has 32 day cycles, she ovulates on day 18! 31, day 17, etc. if she has the typical 28 day cycle, then day 14 is your day.

mid cycle.. most women it's about day 13 -16 of their cycle.... cycle day starting with 1st day of period as day 1. best of luck.

Look for clear stretchy discharge... like egg whites. This says she is about to ovulate!
