With out knowing the particulars, I can only assume that you hit your head quite hard. If you are experiencing nausea, vomiting, dizziness (vertigo), sever headache, or any other attributed symptoms..you need to be seen by a doctor at the emergency room.
Go Now!
And if you are home alone....DO NOT DRIVE!...call an ambulance or a friend

it will be bang anything and it gets sore;-) if your worried go to the docs and find out if you've done anything more serious specially if you are dizzy or unusally tired then go to hospital

You might be suffering from concussion and a headache. If it persists, see your GP and describe your symptoms. Don't think it's anything serious though.
