I've been a Dallas Fan since I learned about Football, When I was 3 or 4 years old, And I'm 31 now, And I have only seen 1 game, in their 1-15 season wen they played the gints at the meadowlands. So what If I never been to TX Stadium, I've been a fan most of my life, and have NEVER fualtered towards anyother team.

Same holds true for the Vikings and the Dolphins. During the 1970s both teams seemed to be always Super Bowl bound and plenty of fans throughout the country latched onto their success. Come to think of it, that's also true for the Pittsburgh Steelers when Terry Bradshaw played for them. Also, the Cowboys were popular even before Aikman when the cowboys' had Roger Staubach, Tony Dorsett, and Tom Landry as coach.

Well, I'm Canadian but I do cheer for Dallas and did become a fan at that time. So no, I have never been to Dallas, or to Texas. I have never been to an NFL game. I guess I should probably cheer for another team then since Cowboy fans don't want fans from elsewhere.

Not me, been to the games, lived in Ft. Worth, have followed and loved them for many years through the good and the bad. So I have a history with Da Boyz and don't ever intend to just drop them. I have been down on some individuals in the past years, but never the Team or the team players that were not in the wrong. Should Irvin be on Sports, hell, NO. He is not my prime example for a person to look up to or even listen to. He was off my Cowboy list a long time ago and won't get back on to it either.
What a game yesterday!!!! Had to cover my eyes and do the old peek-a-boo thing on that final field goal.

There are probably many fans of every team like this. I live in Texas, and there are people I know who are a fans of the 49ers, Packers, Bears, and Saints. Yet they've never been to those teams' games, or even state for that matter. You can be a fan of a team and not have to live there. Don't be bitter because the Boys took it to your Giants yesterday.

I don't care what other people do or who they root for. I know where my loyalty stands and no matter what happens I'll always be a Cowboy's fan. As long as there are sports there will always be bandwagoners. People act like sheep alot of times and will follow just about anything just to fit in. I love Americas Team!!!!!The Dallas Cowboys.

It's also important to remember Tex Schrams roll in makeing the cowboys so popular, have you ever noticed all the other division are based on regions but everyone in the cowboys divsion are in the north east. Tex set it up that way so the cowboys would be playing teams in the largest markets. Combine that with winning a few superbowls early and you have America's Team

Well, I live in Northern Indiana and the Colts used to suck very badly! They had a Quarterback named Jeff George. He didn't do so well for them so, I gave up on the Colts and started liking the Cowboys. In the mid 80's it was definately the BEARS!! That was my team back then. Now sense the Colts are playing well, They are my favorite! So its been back and forth I guess.
