If it's a movie I'm eager to see, I go and see it as soon as it debuts; I love movie theaters, so I'd rather see a movie in a theater than at home. If it's a movie I'm not paricularly interested in, I may watch it at home a a later stage, just for curiousity;)

We usually wait and then rent it when it comes out on video or else we just wait and order it off of our Comcast PPV/ On Demand service.
We've got a nice theater system in the basement so we really can't justify going and spending $10 bucks a piece on a movie ticket when we can get the same experience at home for $4.

If its a movie I really want to see, etc. one I've been waiting for for months, then I'll go see it in the theater. LOTR and the POTC movies are some examples.
I enjoy going on opening night to movies like that- there's just an excitement and aura in the air that you can't beat. Yes, its insanely crowded and when they finally open the theater you have a change of being plowed down... but its fun. The entire audience usually gets into the movie, and I love it.
I also go to see horror movies with my sister in the theater, because its like a tradition of ours. But anything else, I usually say' I'll wait for it to come out on DVD'. Then, of course, I forget, and end up never seeing the movie at all lol

Depends on the movie...any movie of EPIC proportions(think Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter) I will go to the movies once the show has been out 2 or 3 weeks
Movies like Superman Returns, X-men, Spiderman etc I will go to a second run movie theatre(tickets are soooo MUCH cheaper)
Everything else....Blockbuster!

It depends on the movie. We usually wait and rent them. It is cheaper and i am a home body nowadays. We go to the theater only to take our son usually (we took him to Happy Feet yeasterday). We usually see like the comic book hero movies. I love the spiderman movies, I cant wait for the new one. Once in awhile we see thrillers and comedies, but not to often. I would say we go to a movie every 2 or 3 months. We like the budget theater, only 2 bucks and you get the yummy theater popcorn.

I rarely go to the movie theater to see movies. It's getting way to expensive and I would have to find a babysitter. We usually wait and rent the movie when it comes out on DVD...either that or we rent it off of our satellite. It's just easier that way, you can watch the movie in the comfort of your own home in your PJ's!

If its a really good movie, I usually go within 2 weeks of opening. I love to go the movies. Sometimes, i go on a sunday afternoon and leave my kids home with the father and have some alone time at the movies. Yesterday, I saw "Turistas"...good movie!!! I saw "Borat" the previous week, i was not impressed with that movie at all. I am looking forward to seeing charlottes web when it comes out and the new movie with cameron diaz and kate winslet.(I think it's called holiday)

The BEST way to watch a movie is through Netflix. You can find ANY FREAKING MOVIE....ever! You can have 3 movies at a time and watch it in the comfort of your home with affordable candy and non-watered down pepsi. =) Try it! Plus...if your house is like mine and you tend to rack up late fees on rented movies....there are NO late fees with netflix. I totally get my money's worth.

Usually I go and see movies when there is an interesting one, or if someone invites me... I don't like going by myself, so if I don't find anybody to go with, I do one of three things: or I wait until the DVD becomes available; or I ask someone who has it if I can borrow it; or I download it from the net....

I rarely go to the movies, but when I do go, I make sure it's not the opening weekend. I hate the crowds. I usually catch newer movies on Pay Per View.
