I asked, because a lot of people I know think so. I think it has to do with what enviroment you live in. Like, where I live, black people can be big bullies. In in urban neighborhood actually. I don't know about the suburbs or neghborhoods that aren't populated with black people. I can't control what people think, but to me bullies are bullies, and because a lot of black people are bullies in the places I've seen, doesn't make me like them less. Just like in politics and goverment issues, white people are bullies(what a lot of people think) doesn't make me like a white person less. Or that whole Puerto Rican, Dominicans, Columbians hating Mexicans thing. That goes on a lot too. Even in other countries. What do you think about this and other views on a race being a bigger bully? I do come to find that even the conversation on racism, black people are the first to jump and point fingers, or get affended. But we make jokes, comments about other races that would be considered a racial slur

The question asked whether blacks were bigger bullies (i.e. physically aggressive) compared to other races. People seemed to have misinterpreted my earlier response.

The question did not ask whether, GENETICALLY, blacks were bigger bullies.

Since there is a larger number of blacks in the inner cities, the obvious answer is yes because in that environment, most people are raised to be aggressive in order to survive (survival of the fittest).

How is that so bad to say. I see it every day. I used to live in Detroit which is 99% black and the large majority of the people in that city are very combatant and aggressive because the city is a crime zone and being that way is the only way to survive for most. Of course, i'm not talking about 85 year old Grandma Bessie. I'm talking about the 18-35 year old population, which is really the appropriate age range to apply to such a statistic since it is highly unlikely that a middle age or old person will be a bully, regardless of race.

People need to stop being so politically correct sometimes. That actually perpetuates racism because so many things that are valid are not addressed or ignored because it may offend. How can we ever move on if we can't honestly talk about things.

Race does not make you a bully. People are bullies usually by the way they were raised or by things that happened in there life.Treat people as you want to be treated and you will find they will be less likely to bully.

I think if black people are aggressive, more so than someone else would be in the same situation, it could be because they are expecting to be oppressed or something, which really just isn't happening anymore...at least not where I live (and I live in the South) so they're kind of over-defensive sometimes. But there's def. people like this in every race..so...it all depends. I usually try not to judge people at all, but it happens inevitably, so I try to take people on a person-by-person basis...not really on a race basis.

Bullies aren't limited by race. They come in all colors. Human beings are just good at hating. Sad, isn't it?

Bullies are most common among people who believe they can get away with it. If blacks believe they won't get in trouble for bullying others some will do it. But I've encountered bullies of all races no more blacks than others.

I think anyone can be bullies. It really does have to do with how a person is raised or what a person is raised around that is just my conclusion.

Definitely not! Bullies comes in different colors, races and sizes. It is all in the upbringing, not the color of their skin.
