Go to any big department store, a big market like Lajpat Nagar and ask for lint remover or clothes brush. If you still can't find it go to your drycleaner and ask him to buy one for you.If you still can't find it buy it on ebay.

In a pinch you should use protecting tape rolled round your hand - sticky area out - to eliminate lint and hair from clothing. I absolutely have used this technique for decades! you may attempt the Friendship food market and the the Villa market on Pattaya second street. that is the position i'd check out first.
