I lost my laptop and bought a new one. I want to keep the current music on my Ipod but add more songs in the future. How is this possible to do without deleting anything. Thanks!!

choose manual updates for your ipod...that will keep your old files in and you can add any new music you have in your laptop manually

well when you plug it in to the computer dont sync it. That way the iPod won't be updated by iTunes. Then you should be able to copy the songs from the Pod to the Tunes into the library.

At least I think that will work. Never had to do it before.

With later variations of iTunes, you'd be able to turn on something called homesharing. you should turn on it on both computers, and with the same iTunes account, even if you do not ought to log in to the easily iTunes with the account. Then, you may move each thing to both computer from both library wirelessly. i'm no longer effective, even if it would want to require wireless.
