You should shop at Target instead. It's almost as cheap, the buggies are better, it's not as crowded, and it's a nicer shopping environment.

wal-mart's evil plan... they slow down the carts, so you have to spend more time maneuvering them around the aisles... that way you have to spend more time looking at their products, and you make more impulse purchases.
