There's really not much to be scared of. Your cyst is much smaller than mine. I have one that is 9cm; but I also only have one, not two. Do you have any pain from it? The baby is growing in your uterus, not your ovary. If it starts to grow a lot, then they may want to take it out in your 2nd trimester. Otherwise, they will leave it until your baby is born. There is risk of it twisting (torsion) or rupturing. I am 33 weeks along and I go for another ultrasound tomorrow to see if mine has gotten any bigger. If if gets to 10 cm, then I'm pretty sure I get to have a c-section; which is fine with me; whatever is best for my baby. If I have to have the c-section, my doctor will remove the cyst then. If I don't need a c-section, then I will go back about 4 or 5 weeks later and have it removed then. The one good thing about having the cyst is that you will get to have more ultrasounds and that means you will get to see your baby more! I'm not saying I want to have a 9cm cyst each time I get pregnant. But since I feel no pain from it and have had no problems with it, at least I get to see the baby more. Ask your doctor if you have any problems, and tell her if you have ANY pain!! Just because I don't have any pain, doesn't mean you won't. Please let her know if you have any pain!!

Hope all this info helps you out. Good Luck with the baby!! I'm sure everything will be fine!!
