Yahoo - https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit
However, there are companies that claim they can submit your site for free ( e.g. http://www.submitexpress.com/submit.html ) to the most popular search engines. But be careful and use your discretion. Don't submit freely your site and email (if it can't be helped, then use an email you wouldn't mind receiving tons of junkmail) to anyone as that may cause you problems with spammers in the future. Take it from me, I learned it the hard way.
