I will never understand the game of golf. It is the most redicolous sport to watch ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZboring.Riding around in those stupid looking little cars and hitting a stupid little textured ball around the grass. Is this somthing that is inherited? or a choice? go figure!

Agreed...and a dumb sport got even dumber when they added those golf carts, taking most of the physical exertion out of the sport. Little wonder why Americans are fat and lazy, and as a matter of fact, that's probably why it is so popular. We can remain lazy and fat and pretend we are playing a sport. A game republicans probably enjoy most.

It is actually a great way to get exercise, as long as you walk the course, which most people do. Plus it makes you feel good because your score gets better as you improve your mechanics. You also get to hang out with your buds, drink a beer, see nature. There really is no down side. Sorry you don't like it. To each his/her own, I guess.

I think it's for people who want to walk around in a park-like setting and wear cool clothes. It's like a gigantic game of billards. But if it gets them off their butt and away from the tube then it's a good thing.

Golf is lame. Playing mini-golf, on the other hand, is WAY more fun.

amazing sport!!!!
Its a game for life, when you get older you wanna play it because its not al that pyshical and body crushing stuff, but golf isnt for everyone obviously not you guys.
