Yes we men do get a sort of pms. We go through about two days a month when we have much more testosterone than usual. Because of this, we get angry quicker and easier and as you said "crave sex" more. These among other things are the side effects. So to answer your question, yes.

Are you kidding? Why would a man go through PMS?
The term in and of itself excludes men. Pre MENSTRUAL Syndrome...Is related to a woman's menstrual cycle. And not every women craves sex and chocolate before their period and Not every woman gets bitchy, angry and moody after her period begins. I'm not a man..But I'm positive that men don't have or will ever have PMS.
Men I'm sure have hormonal fluctuations related to testosterone. But that isn't related to PMS in any way.

1) Men can NOT get PMS since men do not have the gear/equipment required to get a menstrual cycle. All the talks of PMS and cramps for men is all bogus and urban legends. Men can NOT get cramps not PMS becasue men can NOT menstruate!

2) The only PMS I go through is my wife's, and of course my own PMS: Perpetual Motion Sickness !!!! Hahahaha!

Cheers!

I would say yes. Certain times of the month every little thing bothers me. Like people doing stupid things or saying stupid things, things that they have said or done before but I didn't think it was stupid before. Other drivers Expecially cops, They will give you a ticket for no signal but they don't have to use theirs. department stores, it seems like you can look up every isle as you go by it, theres hardly any one in them, but the one I have to go to has 50 people in it and you can't get thru. And all these things happen around the same time, every month, and when I start bitching about these things, that gets my wife pi--ed off at me, then we start to argue. Now if that isn't (PMS) It must one long string of bad luck.

I think it is very important that you go to the library and get a biology book. Men do not menstruate, hence there is no way we could get Pre-Menstrual-Syndrome (PMS).
