Whenever you have the right combination of time, energy and money to devote to a child. Your plans shouldn't stop with having children, you should also have a plan for raising them. When you've settled the major questions about their upbringing (Public or private school, and if the latter how to pay for it? What kind of religious training, if any? What kind of discipline, and who will be primarily responsible for it? Etc.), you're at the ideal age to have your first.

Well...first...i HIGHLY recommend that you go to college....and finish beogre you have a child. My mom had me when she was 22 but she didint finish college. Also....you need to be sure that you are going to be able to support this child.....because if you dont have alot of money or a job...then having a child would only bring you stress and hardship...........
