Is Naruto a real anime?
to me it just looks like all those fake animes that are coming out by the handful nowadays, pathetic ones like beyblade and Avatar the last air bender. Is it made in America, cause it looks to me like american cartoonistsare taking advantage of dumb american kids love for anime and stealing the artform for their own advantage.

no, naruto is an actual anime from japan. the original mango books were drawn by Masashi Kishimoto

Yes, Naruto is a real anime from Japan, but with how it has been edited to be shown on Cartoon Network, you can only tell it's anime by the Japanese names on the credits.
btw, Avatar isn't supposed to be an anime, it's something completely different and it's not crap.

Naruto the anime acually started out as a japanese manga which if you don't know what the heck that is, it started out as a comic in japan. You can check on youtube and all the episodes on there will be in japanese.

Well if it is Japanese animation, it qualifies as anime. As far as the merits of the show, that is to be deternined by the viewers.
