I'll see if I can find out & get back to you. I don't know off hand.
Just looked it up. The low voice you hear is Bing Crosby. The song is remixed with Fat Boy Slim.
I just googled JC Penney Christmas Commercial and it played the song. Underneath the video was people's postings of who the singers are. (It's a real cool song).
