Are you kidding me? I'm irish and the fairest of them all. Trust me, i glow in the dark. I can't find foundation that doesn't look like i just smeared mud on my face and i can't turn a corner without having 10 girls walking my direction covered in fake tan. It looks horrible and all my friends are obsessed with sun beds and fake tan. I think the opposite is true.

Why do you think there is all those adverts for tanning creams, holidays in the sun 'top up your tan', etc etc. It is much more that a darker complexion is sexy and a white one pasty. No one would make admiring comments about how white and glowing your complexion is! Think about it! There are people who due to complexion and agree ability just can not get a tan or be in the sun too long and quite often they are derided and laughed at. So I definitely would not agree with that article!

I can't say I agree with that. Some of the most beautiful women in the world have darker skin, while I can't think of any who are "fair". If fair skin were preferable to dark, then why are there so many bronzers and fake tanners on the market?
