would a gynocologist see you when you currently have your period??

In some cases it is necessary for your gyny to see you while having your period...but if it isn't of a medical matter then they will certainly wait or reschedule your appointment..Hope I was helpful

some will, i actually got yelled at by the nursing staff once because i needed to go in to get my yearly done so i could get a refill on my perscription, i had run out the month earlier so they filled it since i was coming in soon, but then i got my period when i was supposed to go in and i rescheduled for the next month (their next available appointment) but then still needed another month's supply of the perscription but when i called in they gave me a hard time about it saying i didnt show up the last month and when i told them i didnt because i was on my period they said that i still should have come in anyways and that they would refuse to fill it if i didnt come in the following appointment.
like i wanted to be spread eagle bleeding in front of my dr (who is male btw)

If you are having a heavy flow they will not perform the pap smear. If you are at the very end and barely bleeding then sometimes they will but they would rather see you when you aren't on your period.

Unless it's an emergency that your having, it doesn't matter if they would see you! It's just NASTY that you would even think about going. Reschedule your appointment!!

Mine won't. I have had about 4 different ones in my life and none of them would.
