No, I'm not. I am a happy person, but I get sad, I cry, I get angry... I think it's healthy to have a well rounded emotional self. No one should be any one emotion ALL the time. If someone is "happy" all the time, it makes me wonder how genuine of a person they are. Most often times, it comes off as an act, and not their genuine self, because as I said before, as people we should be a miriad of emotions, not just one.

How does you define Happiness? If that's the case then it's not really a norm. But we always have the choice to be happy...smile even though heart is aching.
Good for you, me there are times crowd make me sad but it's easy to make people happy. SO, I just make it a point to be happy if my friends are happy with their life.

Yes, most of the time I am usually happy! Unless something happens that is really bad. Some of my friends ask me why I am happy all the time but I really don't know. :)
