I'm 32 and my wife is 31. We have two kids already ages 5 and 3 both girls. We are trying to have another baby, preferably a boy, and have been trying for a year now but can't seem to be successful..

Have you checked out this book/software yet?

Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler
http://www.tcoyf.com/

The book is probably available at your local library.

The reason you are not pregnant again could have to do with stress. If there is a lot of pressure on you and your wife to have a son, this can cause fertility problems. I would try to relax and not stress out about it. Maybe start thinking on terms of well if we have another child great, if not great. And just start making love for the fun of it, not for procreation purposes.

Also, if you are trying to have a boy I hear male sperm is smaller and speedier, so you are theoretically suppose to have sex on the day of ovulation. Deep penetration. And it will help if you manage to give your wife the big "O".

Beyond this you might want to talk with a fertility specialist. But just to let you know the average time to conceive is 8 months. So for some people it takes less than that and for others longer.

Good Luck!

Hello Dom -- I can tell you a real easy and fast way to become
pregnant. You need to go out and buy an OVULATION KIT
called FIRST RESPONSE. What this kit does it tests your urine
the every first thing in the morning and when it turns BLUE,
then you can have a baby. I used it as my time clock was
ticking. I have 3 healthy boys to prove it. So Good Luck.

Start tracking her temps and cervical mucus.

If you know when she is ovulating them you know when to have sex!
